Wednesday 27th call

Hi all,

As you'll have seen, earlier today Markus and I finalized the agenda for tomorrow's call. The main issue of course concerns hash parameterization. If we can come to consensus on that, we'll be in good shape to re-take the CR vote.

I've also got the Explainer doc tidied up at https://w3c.github.io/rch-explainer/. If the groups agrees, we can post this as a Note.
