Postpone today's RAX call

Dear group,

the creation of a draft document is our next milestone.
Unfortunately, no resources were dedicated to this milestone since the last call.
Therefore I do not see that a call today will bring us much further.

Instead I would cordially ask all of you to have a closer look at the last protocol:

Please think about your own contribution to our draft document and get in touch with me about it.
I will work on my part until our next call and please be prepared to make your share as well.
This only works when we have something to show within the next two or three months.

Our next call will be in three (not in two) weeks' time, because I will be travelling in two weeks.
So it will be 10th March at 2 p.m. CET.
