Next regular rax telco

Dear group members,

please have a look at our draft document:

A couple of contributions are already there and I very much hope that gaps will be closed later this week.

I also want to point to a post by Tobias, which we should closely analyze and give feedback:

So please continue to contribute, we are moving forward nicely now.

Due to travel obligations, we are unfortunately not able to chair our next call this Friday. So we have to cancel this call and come back to you for the 21st April in order to remain within our 2-weeks schedule.

But please work on your sections in the meantime, so that we can discuss a final draft in our next call.
