Re: Work Item proposal for R2C2

Hi again,

in order to move forward with this community group's goal, we (the
chairs) propose to adopt the work item described in PR 6
<https://github.com/w3c-cg/r2c2/pull/6>: a crate defining traits for RDF
terms, triples and quads. There still has not been much feedback, so the
consensus is arguably weak, but at least we didn't hear any strong
opposition.

We will merge this PR on July 21, unless somebody objects by then. I you
support this PR, you still have time to express it as well: it only
takes a "thumbs up" on PR 6 <https://github.com/w3c-cg/r2c2/pull/6> :)

   best,

   Pierre-Antoine & Thomas
chairs of the R2C2 Community Group
