(I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 and Chrome 12.0.742.112.)  It takes a couple of
steps to reproduce.  I discovered the problem while re-checking the output
after a few edits of the page being evaluated:

   1. Start with: http://www.w3.org/2003/12/semantic-extractor.html  and
   feed it a URL.  (I used
   http://research.gallaudet.edu/~kjcole/pywebsocket/progress.php but I
   don't think it matters.)
   2. When you click "Extract Semantics" it takes you to the result page:
   http://services.w3.org/xslt?xmlfile=http%3A%2F%2Fservices.w3.org%2Ftidy%2Ftidy%3FdocAddr%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fresearch.gallaudet.edu%252F%257Ekjcole%252Fpywebsocket%252Fprogress.php%26passThroughXHTML%3D1&xslfile=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2002%2F08%2Fextract-semantic.xsl
with
   the correct information extracted.
   3. While still on the results page in step 2, click the Extract Semantics
   button and then click it a second time.
   4. The URL doesn't change, but the output changes to what I sent in my
   previous message.
