Hello Terje, Björn, (all) Björn, I hope you don't mind me copying in you in a qa-dev related mail, I wish to respect your decision to leave as much as possible, but may need to copy you now and then, at least until some loose ends get tired up. Terje, Björn, you are listed as the two main maintainers of SPO, in [1] as well as in CPAN. As I understand, Terje, you are rather busy and Bjoern was leading this development. Björn, I do not yet know whether, in your leaving qa-dev, you expect to drop your participation in development and maintenance of some related libraries. Knowing your planned level of activity for SPO would be rather important to assess what we do with the 0.8 branch of the markup validator. That branch depends heavily on spo, in particular on a version not yet released by lack of time to fix a few bugs. If the library was not going to be maintained any more, or if the release of 0.99 was to be postponed for a lot longer, that would certainly have an effect on what we do with validator v0.8-dev. I know we had started some discussion about that branch in the past [2], but I don't think there was much consensus on the way to go. Björn was not convinced 0.8 was very worthy of release, but I did not hear other's opinions. Any thought?
