FWIW, timing wise, checklink 4.23 takes 218s to check www.w3.org vs 309s
for v4.21, i.e. almost a 30% improvement. Of course, the code is not
100% functional, and there are still some weirdness in what's reported,
but should this be confirmed when this gets completed, this would be a
pretty exciting achievement.
