Fwd: warning for IE/WinXP/SP2

As decided during our last meeting (and reminded to me by Bjoern this 
morning) we need to add a warning for "that IE bug". Home page and 
upload interface are a good fist step.

Please check the wording on qa-dev.w.o and comment ASAP.
I will cvs update the production validator tomorrow with this if no-one
