I did some "cvs admin -ko"s in sgml-lib to avoid our CVS changing the
CVS keywords of the originals (reduce diffs etc).  So when you do a "cvs
up", this is why it looks like some files are changed but there has been
no notification mail sent of the "changes".

Olivier, could you or someone else who has direct access to the CVS
repository do a "chmod -x sgml-lib/REC-html40-19980424/*" there?  TIA.
