Do them on validator-0_6_0-branch and:
1. Add a new -pre tag:
% cvs tag validator-0_6_7-pre4
2. Move up the release tag:
% cvs tag -F validator-0_6_7-release
3. If you feel like it, merge it onto HEAD:
% cvs up -j validator-0_6_7-pre3 -j validator-0_6_7-pre4
(in a checkout of HEAD, not the original 0.6.x checkout)
The merge generates a bunch of conflicts from keyword expansion — Gods I hope
SVN has fixed this! — so feel free to drop me a note and I'll do the merge bit
(i.e. just skip #3 if you don't feel like doing it).
