next meeting tentative date: Aug 31st

Hi all,

Given our recent schedules, no date could be found where everyone could 
attend a meeting, and as a result, we haven't had our IRC meeting in a 
little while.

August is coming to an end and I was thinking we could try and re-start 
our meeting schedule in a week (e.g August 31st.) and hope to have a 
good number of participants.

I have updated the wiki entry for our meeting

Please add your name to the list of potential regrets if you know you 
may not be able to attend that day.

Other related input, such as whether you think the meeting should be 
more/less frequent, held on another day, at another time, is useful (or 
not), etc, is also welcome.

In the meantime, of course, we can continue using list and IRC on a 
daily basis.
