PWE Agenda 10 June

Hi PWE,

We will meet on 10 June at 10:00 AM EDT [1]. I have drafted language [2] 
to put on w3.org/guide. This is based on the work PWE did in GitHub, 
mostly in https://github.com/w3c/PWETF/pull/364/. I will share with you 
why this has changed so drastically and the work that Wendy, Sheila, and 
I are doing with others on W3C Staff to move this forward.

Wendy is not available tomorrow, and I need to close the meeting after 
50 minutes.
