RE: [pwe] 2022-03-29 agenda - Open GHC

Open - I plan to be at the PWE meeting on 3/29 but if not, I can follow up offline.
              Do we want to give a W3C session at the Grace Hopper Conference? What the W3C is? How it works? How to participate?

When: SEPT 20-23 / ORLANDO, FL / VIRTUAL + IN-PERSON (close to TPAC Sept 12-16 but after).
              Sessions - By tracks.  There is an Open Source track. Call for speakers is open now and closes May 4th. https://ghc.anitab.org/speakers/tracks/

Would be a good opportunity to get the W3C message to a community we want to attract participation.  I have some experience including as attendee - too many to remember, GHC support team - reviewer of the Open Source track submissions for two years, Intel sessions as a support team member.  I am sure there are others on the team that GHC expertise. If there is interest, I can host meeting to explore the topic.
