Newly released resources on D&I and governance

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share with you some really interesting new resources as we
consider the questions of diversity, inclusion, equity, and representation
in relation to our future legal entity and its governance model.

The nonprofit Invest in Open Infrastructure and its fiscal sponsor Code for
Science & Society have worked with the management consulting and training
firm DeEtta Jones & Associates on these resources. While these resources
are centered around board governance, and nominating and onboarding board
members, the issues that are raised are much broader and very relevant to
W3C right now:
