[pwe] Decision on CEPC CfC

Hi PWE,

We received only positive feedback on the CfC for the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct [1]. This Call for Consensus is consequently agreed to as a PWE CG decision. We have received approval from W3M as well. Vlad has suggested adding acknowledgements to those who worked on it, which is a minor editorial change [2] that I can make shortly.

The AB is discussing a few issues that may require tweaks. We will circulate to the AC shortly.
