Hi Tess, 3 September is Thursday. To the best of my knowledge IDCG will still meet on Tuesday, 1 September. PWE will have an off-cycle Thursday meeting this one time. I hope that this hasn't caused too much confusion (and that we can have calendaring WG soon).
