Hello PWE, Through conversations I've had with other chairs, and through my time volunteering for the chair buddy programme [1], I've frequently heard people say they are unsure of the best ways to include everyone in their group - the preferred terms to use, the best way to make people feel welcome etc. It's common practice for organisations to offer "sensitivity" training to help employees with this, and I think it would be wonderful if W3C could offer something of the sort to chairs. It has previously offered chair training on a range of different subjects [2]. Forgive me if this idea has already been suggested, although I lurk in the PWE, I don't participate actively and so may have missed it if it came up before.
