[Minutes] 2019-07-25 PWE CG Call

Dear PWE CG,

 

Please find the minutes of the 2019-07-25 PWE CG Call at [1]. And here are
some take-aways below.

 

1.      About Pull request discussion, the CG reached consensus that the
potential pull request ideas should be discussed as issues first and then
opened as pull request. 

2.      About ombuds training resources, Jory will look at the resources
[2]she listed and recommend 2 or 3 materials as candidate training
materials. Group members will help to review the materials as well.

3.      About group priorities, 3 items identified, including the following.
More will be discussed on github, Angel will open an issue for this topic. 

a)       CEPC draft, short term plan; 

b)       Glossary[3], short term plan, listed separately from the CEPC draft
because there now is an old version that hasn't gotten much work; Angel will
provide a glossary list as a starting point. 

c)        Ombuds training, long term plan;

4.      About Publication plan, a possible path is Group Review and
Consensus -> W3M Review -> AB Review -> AC Review and Approve. Time
management will be discussed on next call.

5.      Next call will be on Aug 8, 14:00 UTC. PWE CG started to have call
every other week since July 12.
