I am seeing several terms in the Glossary (e.g. Personal Behavior) that have no definition associated with them.  I'm not saying they should have been removed, I was only observing that they should not be in the glossary undefined.  Refreshing the browser did not make this problem go away.

That sounds like a bug – it is not the case on other repos that use PR Preview.

Please make sure you are looking at the most recent commits to the PR. Unfortunately, the preview and diff functionality works only for the first commit.
