Thanks Mark for debugging the issue and publishing, and thanks Denis for fixing the ReSpec bug.

Hoping the teething problems with the *automated* publication workflow have now been addressed, and that the feedback from the Presentation API publication attempts has been helpful in ironing out the kinks :-)
