[A11Y] Cancelled Accessibility task force meeting scheduled on Mar 5, 2026 (PMWG + Pub CG)

The March 5, 2026 joint accessibility task force meeting of PMWG and
Publishing CG is cancelled.

It is replaced by the editors' meeting to make progress on the FXL
accessibility document.
