Dear Publishing Community Group,

The W3C Internationalization Working Group has recently published 
Text-to-Speech Rendering of Electronic Documents Containing Ruby: User 
Requirements:

We would like to invite the Publishing Community Group to review the 
document and share any feedback, particularly from the perspective of 
digital publishing, accessibility, and text-to-speech support for 
publications that include ruby annotations.

Comments and suggestions would be very welcome. Please send any feedback
