[a11y] Sept 25 Accessibility TF meeting (Publishing CG) is cancelled

Dear all,

 

As you know that the editors are focusing on refactoring techniques for
placeholders for facilitating localizations. We need to complete this work
before doing further refinements to accessibility display guide for
metadata.

Therefore, we are cancelling September 25 accessibility task force meeting,
we will meet again on October 9.
