[a11y] Nov 27 Accessibility TF (Publishing CG) meeting is replaced by editors' meeting

Dear all,

 

Due to thanksgiving holiday in U.S., lower participation is expected in Nov
27 Accessibility task force meeting of Publishing CG.

Therefore, we are cancelling this meeting and replacing it with the editors'
meeting.
