[a11y] August 14 accessibility TF meeting cancelled due to significant number of regrets

Dear all,

 

It looks significant number of group members are not available on Thursday,
August 14.

Therefore, tomorrow's Accessibility task force meeting of Publishing CG is
cancelled. We will meet on August 28.
