Dear all,

Thank you for approving the guide. We will start the publishing process.

Great news, Vital Source has donated translations in 37 languages! Many
thanks to Rick Johnson for taking this initiative!

With regards

Subject: [a11y] Requesting approval for publishing Accessibility metadata
display guide

Dear all,

Accessibility metadata display guide for digital publications 2.0 is ready
for publishing.

In our last accessibility task force call the task force decided to do the
essential improvements based on the feedback received for the 3rd draft and
defer the remaining issues to the next version of the guide. This is because
the implementers need the stability for implementing the guide before the
June deadline of EAA.

We have incorporated the essential improvements, and the guide is ready for
the release.

Therefore, we are seeking your email approval for publishing the guide.
Please reply with +1 for approval, 0 if you have no opinion and -1 for
rejecting the request for approval.

Please provide your responses before 15 UTC, on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
