A few DAISY zoom calls that are scheduled

Dear Publishing CG,

Not specifically a W3C activity, but related are the task forces by the
DAISY Consortium related to accessibility. I was asked to inform the CG
about this work.

We have:

Reading System testing. We next meet on June 27 at 15 UTC. Below is a link
to the results of the RS testing. There are links at the top to test books
and how to participate.

We have the Transition to Accessible EPUB (we call TIES), which will next
meet on July 11 at 15 UTC

We develop many of the test books and do research on various aspects of
reading, such as support for MathML.

Finally, we have the EPUB in Higher Education group that next meets on July
17 at 18 UTC.

This group has organized presentations at conferences and webinars promoting
and educating the community.

If anybody is interested in participating, you can just send me an email
(kerscher@montana.com <mailto:kerscher@montana.com> ) and I can add you to
the mailing list and send you the calendar invitation.

Best

George
