[a11y] Review of draft of User experience guide for accessibility metadata

Dear all,

 

Since we are taking a break for a few weeks, it would be great if all of us
can spare some time to review the draft principles of user experience guide
for accessibility metadata, at 1.

Please scroll to "Key information" section. The improvements are focused on
this part at this time.

After finalizing principles document, we will focus on updating the
techniques, so it is important to get principles document right before we
start work on the techniques.

Please provide your feedback on or before August 17, 2023, so that we can
discuss it in August 24 call.
