[a11y] Please comment on issues for revising User experience guide for a11y metadata

Dear all,

 

In the accessibility task force call held on November 10, we discussed the
feedback provided by user groups for the user experience guide for
displaying accessibility metadata. I have opened two issues to discuss it
further. Please comment on these.
