In EPUB A11Y 1.1, we have an example of "conformsTo". <meta property="dcterms:conformsTo" id="conf"> EPUB-A11Y-11_WCAG-21-AA </meta> But the draft note has conformsTo = 'http://www.idpf.org/epub/a11y/accessibility-20170105.html#wcag-a' The syntax is different and the version of the WCAG spec is not specified. Am I missing something?
