Quick survey to publishers (including self-publishing)

1. Would you be interested in turning text based book (including fixed
layout such as manga or magazine) to audio book or podcast to sell?

2. If you are interested in but have not tried yet what prevent you from
creating audio book or podcast version of book?

3. If you are not interested in it then if there could be reason that you
don't feel it's attractive at all?

4. what are the major obstacles for you to sell digital book?
