[a11y] Calendar for accessibility TF meetings (Jan 12 to Mar 9)

Attached is the calendar file for Publishing CG accessibility task force
calls, from January 12 to March 9, 2023 (daylight changes in U.S. happen on
March 12).

Please note that there is no Accessibility task force call on Dec 22, 2023.
