[a11y] Publishing CG: Doodle poll for Accessibility TF

We should have an accessibility task force meeting (Publishing CG) before this year ends, to discuss the further plans (maintenance of user experience guide for metadata, guidance for writing accessibility summary, document for describing audio books, audio sync with text and text only publications etc.
