On behalf of Pearson, I have updated these tables as requested and created
a Pull Request for both.

I note that while you did not ask, for what it is worth we are also
routinely using the following optional Dublin Core terms as well:

   - dc:creator
   - dc:date
   - dc:type
   - dc:description
   - dc:format
   - dc:publisher
   - dc:rights
   - dc:source
   - dcterms:modified
   - dcterms:dateCopyrighted
