  Agenda

  *   Discussion: Fixed + Reflow

     * Continued discussion of what we it might mean to commit to content creator/reading engine support for implementing FXL + Reflow content

  *   Discussion: Fixed + Popups
     * Some reading systems support javascript popups (or gracefully fail) that allows for Children’s Picturebooks to have text enlarged to make it easier to read
     * Are there other use cases besides graphic novels where Fixed + Popups would allow for better readability?
     * Is there interest in building best practices for this for graphic novels and comics?
     * What are the accessibility implications of having the text twice in the file?

  * Discussion: Sample files for testing
     * There is a need for more testing material, specifically for FXL testing for the EPUB3 WG—what is needed and how can we help with this?
     * It has been raised that there is a need for legal language around how files will be used. Will having this make it easier to get folks to supply sample files?

  *   Discussion: Piracy of content
     * We heard at our Conference Day Session last month that piracy is expanding in Japan. Is this a concern elsewhere?

  * Discussion: Topics for Conference Day
     * We are finalizing topics and schedules for our conference day sessions, please let us know if there are topics you would like to see discussed

  * Reminder: Collecting issues and use cases
