Guest speakers terms (Draft and subject to confirmation) 
Guest presentation to W3C Publishing Business Group or Steering Committee are intended to provide the participants with relevant information on activities, projects, technologies of possible interest of the group, with the aim in particular to support the goal of fostering and advancing the adoption and continued development of EPUB 3 and to lead the Web to its full potential for publishing.
Here are some indications on how the presentation will be held to be shared with the guest when inviting them.
The presentation should be no longer than 10 minutes and will be followed by 10 minutes of Q&A from the participants, unless otherwise agreed prior to the presentation with co-chairs of the group.
The presentation can be supported by slides or videos
The presentation should be relevant for the participants and the topic should be defined with the co-chair of the Group and the presentation materials should be sent them before the meeting
No self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed: anything which directly/indirectly solicits business
The presentation will be recorded and the speaker will provide the permission for further use in other meeting of the Publishing Business Group (ie. The Asian ones) 
The presentation will not be shared outside the group, unless otherwise agreed
