As discussed in previous PBG calls, this is an event taking place during TPAC and organized by the PBG.
As far as possible, It is meant to be open to the interested public, mainly TPAC attendees and local stakeholders.

I am a bit puzzled by "4. events".  Is this a
workshop, which is open to the public,
or a meeting of the PBG, which is not?
If it is a meeting of the PBG, why do we need
somehting special?
