[PBG] Agenda for 20190129 call

Hello Publishing Business Group members,

We have two announcements to make:

  1.  As no other candidate stepped forward to volunteer as co-chair, we have moved forward with appointing Dahei Shiohama of Media Do International as a co-chair of the W3C Publishing Business Group, effective immediately. The new co-chairs have already met earlier today to discuss ideas about moving the PBG forward in 2019 and we are excited to bring you some proposals in our next call.
  2.  Relative to the EPUB 3.2 in REC Track proposal, we are officially resolving that: The CG will work on testing and bug reporting in 2019. The WG will not work on EPUB 3.2 and REC Track.  Test results will inform work on potential revisions of EPUB and possibly on WP. The BG will discuss REC track again Q4 2019.

  *   Discussion of conferences in 2019/2020 and our goals relative to them (10 minutes)
  *   Discuss the Publishing/AB Meeting in NY on 1/23 and potential for future meetups (15 minutes)

  *   Action Items and Next Steps (5 minutes)
