Working in Public

I just wanted to remind everyone that the W3C provides us with lovely
mailing lists, which are archived and public. Best of all, you can link to
individual emails!

Publishing Business Group: public-publishingbg@w3.org
EPUB 3 Community Group: public-epub3@w3.org
Publishing Working Group: public-publ-wg@w3.org

Lately we've had several important discussions that didn't use these lists.
That prevents us from getting useful feedback from the people not on the
original list of recipients, and makes it harder to refer to such
discussions later. I know there are circumstances that demand private
discussions, but let's try to do that as little as possible.
