Second, I still hate that provision. I would be ok with request for feedback from CG to BG on specs at least a week before any recorded decision to publish a document. But I will certainly refuse any veto power from the BG on the CG, sorry. This is NOT how good Standards are made; disagreements should be made *in* the CG by members of the CG, based on detailed grounds, and ultimately ruled by consensus declared by CG Chairs and CG Chairs only. For the record, I added the "Choosing a Chair" and "Decision Process" subsections. </Daniel>
