Why does this feel like the IDPF going on about their business, just under a new umbrella?

All this work seems to be entirely related to EPUB – there is NOTHING here (other than checking on the charter) about WP/PWP and actually moving the publishing industry forward.    According to your charter (<https://www.w3.org/2017/02/PublishingBGcharter>):
The mission of the Publishing Business Group (“Publishing BG”) is to foster ongoing participation by members of the publishing industry and overall ecosystem[1]<https://www.w3.org/2017/02/PublishingBGcharter#fn1> in the development of the Web for publishing, and to serve as a conduit for feedback between the publishing ecosystem and W3C.

When does that start?
