Ah, o.k. Then we just must be careful with the terms we use. A Community Group does not publish W3C notes (only Interest Groups or Working Groups, ie, strictly chartered entities do). A CG publishes CG reports, but that is a slightly different type of document.

My apologies to be picky, but it is my role be a pain:-)
