I hope everyone is having a great summer.  I will be sending out calendar events to set up the repeating meeting schedules as we discussed below.  Looking forward to resuming our work in the Publishing Business Group!

Subject: F2F followup and summer schedule

For those who missed the face to face last week in New York, the minutes are available [1 and 2] for you to review.  We also want to remind everyone of the publishing summit coming in November, and to encourage you to spread the word, and to register [3].

Finally, we want to let everyone know about the business groups summer schedule.  While the community group, and the working group will be active over the summer, the business group will have a lighter schedule.  Specifically:

  *   No meeting on July 4, for the US holiday.
  *   Steering committee meeting on July 11 at the usual time and place (agenda to be sent prior to the meeting).
  *   Business group meeting on July 18 at the usual time and place (agenda to be sent prior to the meeting).
  *   No meetings of either team from July 25 – August 15
  *   Steering committee meeting on August 22 at the usual time and place (agenda to be sent prior to the meeting).
  *   Business group meeting on August 29 at the usual time and place (agenda to be sent prior to the meeting).
  *   Every other week schedule going forward for both teams.
