Rescheduling SC meeting for 15 Oct [Re: [SC] agenda for 2021-10-08]

Thanks all for reporting your conflicts for today.

Let's reschedule for 15 Oct as Liisa suggests; everyone please let the 
list know if you can't meet then.

The "on reserve" 4th Friday this month is TPAC breakout meeting week and 
I don't want us to collide with other meetings that day.
