[PBGSC] Proposition for an extra PBG Asian call for 20181113

Hi,

Following Junko Kamata and Makoto Murata about the timing of today’s PBG call (2am Japan time), and as next Asian time regular call is too late : Tuesday December 18th, I propose we setup an extra call next Tuesday 13th November at the Asian time we regularly use.
I’ll propose that to PBG call today.
It will have the same agenda.
