epubcheck RFP FINAL - Reply by Monday June 4th

Hello Steering Committee!

The epubcheck RFP is in it's final review period. We are leaving you all
until Monday June 4th to "speak now or forever hold your peace." Please use
the commenting feature to add any suggested changes or revision. If you do
not do so by Monday, the RFP will be released into the wild.
