epubcheck fundraising - 1 element needed to complete language

Hello Steering Committee,

There is 1 element that we need in order to complete the epubcheck
fundraising language so that we can get a donation mechanism set up.
Because we are asking for significant donations, we should have a single
point of contact for people with questions. Brian O'Leary has volunteered
to take that on but I wanted confirmation from the SC that there were no
objections. If there are, I can take on that responsibility.

Please respond quickly - we need to get the donation process started.
