Re: [External] Regrets for PBG SC call today

That’s good questions !
I’m in favor to expose at least the first and last to PBG call next Tuesday as a start before taking a break.
In Europe, the more sparse weeks are in August.

I think Luc’s question was whether there were any minutes generated from our BG call with Asia. I’m not sure who was running IRC then and whether they were generated.

I’m ok with taking a holiday, but I honestly think that the first couple of weeks of August will be more sparse than mid-July, and either way we are looking at several weeks of light attendance.

I am concerned that we need to make some progress, at least at an SC level on:

- What does the go forward for TPI members look like and what options/recommendations are there?

- How do we make sure that we are serving this marketplace?

- How do we get to the bottom of setting out things that need best practices and possible dev and GET THEM DONE?

- How we socialize all of it effectively?

- What do we plan to do for TPAC if anything?

Minutes from the last call: https://www.w3.org/2018/06/29-pbgsc-minutes.html

I have no agenda items to add, and would be in favor of taking a holiday thru the end of the month.

Hi,

I will not be available for a call today, travelling.

BTW, I have seen any minutes from last PBG call (in Asian good time). Were they circulated ?

If we decide to have a PBG call on next Tuesday, I can chair it.
I could give a short update for the white paper of the EPUB ROADMAP TF.

But, perhaps it’s time to decide for a break, as the PWG does, and to reconvene on the 31st of July?

Best,
Luc

Several agenda items have been proffered and I'd like to add one more:
- update on September workshop on manga/comics and solicitation of volunteers/ideas for program committee members (we can also ask the entire BG).
Same call-in as PWG, IRC #pbgsc
