EPUB ROADMAP TF update for PBG call

Hi,

For next PBG call, here is a short summary of EPUB ROADMAP TF.

The EPUB ROADMAP TF has undertaken to write a white paper to declare an « EPUB2 Sunset ».
This paper will explain why EPUB2 is obsolete especially in its own play field.
And how in this same perimeter, EPUB 3 is much better, way more accessible, fully accepted and affordable.

Then it is about production processes of new EPUB files :
It will not say that all existing EPUB2 have to be refactored in EPUB3, but that any new EPUB export, even for the simplest document, should be made in EPUB3.
And that somehow in the future, epubcheck will not be maintained any more for EPUB2 files.

The white paper is under writing.
In order to gather an exhaustive list of all newsletters, blogs, etc for promotion, the PBG members could contribute in circulating all the links they know in their area.

Finally, one major issue is to synchronize this publication with the official arrival of EPUB 3.2 and epubcheck revision.
