Re: How to close things tomorrow...

Almost there, as far as issue #24 is concerned…

There is a minor comment on the last sentence of the (new) goal section that led to a minor change; just for the good order, I have put this into a separate open issue (issue #49). If any of you want to chime in, that would be good. Mind you, that sentence (or the paragraph?) should become the 'mission' of the charter, so it is worth having a good formulation.
